Thinking about a career in Early Years, childcare or education?
Come along to our information session where our knowledgeable lecturers Kerry and Gill will guide you through everything you need to know about studying with us.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to progress to degree level, this session is a great chance to explore your options, meet the team, and discover the learning pathways that can take you into a rewarding career working with children and families.
What We’ll Cover
Kerry and Gill will introduce you to our Early Years Education courses, including:
Access to Care – a supportive route for adults returning to education or changing career, helping you build confidence and essential skills.
NC Childhood Practice – ideal for those beginning their Early Years journey, covering child development, play, and practical skills.
HNC Childhood Practice – a nationally recognised qualification that opens the door to work in nurseries, after‑school care, and Early Years settings.
Progression to Degree Level – find out how you can continue with BA Childhood Practice or related degrees through UHI and beyond.
