The work-based nature of Modern Apprenticeship enables apprentices the opportunity to develop their skills in dealing with real-world administrative duties, building and maintaining customer satisfaction, as well as develop existing core skills required in all aspects of work.

Business & Administration SCQF Level 5 and Business & Administration SCQF Level 6 will provide apprentices with invaluable knowledge and practical working experience to provide your business with the essential high quality admin functions and business skills required.

Customer Service SCQF Level 5 and Customer Service SCQF Level 6 Modern Apprenticeships offer an ideal upskilling opportunity for existing employees in customer-facing roles (not available for those working in Retail or Hospitality sectors).
