Nursery

The Board of Governors of Argyll College have taken the difficult decision to close Little Learners Nursery at the end of June. We have listened to the views of staff and parents and it is our intention to keep the nursery open until 26th June 2020 if possible, so as to cause the least possible disruption to children’s pre-school education.

We have explored every option and we would like to thank those parties who expressed an interest in taking over the running of the nursery.  Due to the complexities of the business these discussions have ended without a positive resolution.

We understand how upsetting this situation is for families who rely on our service, and we are doing everything in our power to support parents and carers make alternative arrangements.

We are extremely mindful of the effect this decision will have on our hard working and dedicated team, and we will be doing all we can to support staff affected to find alternative employment or help them develop their career prospects by moving into education or training.
