Gaelic Learners - Speaking Level 4 SCQF Level 4
What is special about this course?
This course allows the candidate to improve on the basics of the Gaelic language which have been learnt in the Gaelic Beginners, or similar course. This includes speaking, listening, reading and writing.
Deepen your appreciation for, and connection with, Scottish culture, heritage and ancestry and improve your understanding of conversational Gaelic.
Entry requirements
This course is suitable for those with a foundational knowledge of spoken Gaelic who may have passed some Gaelic level 3 units.
Develop your understanding of spoken Gaelic language by improving your Gaelic vocabulary and your listening and speaking skills.
You will attend your local college centre in Dunoon and develop your language skills with your lecturer in conversational face to face classes.
This course is assessed through participating in simple Gaelic conversations during class time.
