Cancellation Policy

UHI Argyll reserves the right to cancel or defer the dates of the courses. In the event of UHI Argyll cancelling a course, learners will be deferred to another (scheduled UHI Argyll) course or given a full refund if UHI Argyll is unable to provide a course on dates suitable to the learner.

We understand that situations change within businesses, and you may substitute delegates without incurring a cancellation fee.

We use the following cancellation policy for business courses:

• 50% of the course fee will be charged if cancellation is within 7 days of the start date
• 100% of the course fee will be charged if cancellation is within 2 working days of the start date
