Tutor - Construction

Tutor of certificated Construction units on our National Progression Awards Construction programmes including carpentry and joinery, brickwork, painting and decorating, and plumbing.

Ideally candidates will have some teaching experience and be a time served tradesman or with trade qualifications. Candidates with suitable industry experience will also be considered.

You do not need to hold a teaching qualification just now, but you would be invited to undertake a teaching qualification in your first year with the college.



Payment will be at the standard certificated hourly teaching rate, which is £30.21 per hour plus an hourly payment plus an hourly payment in lieu of annual leave of £9.46 giving a total hourly rate of £39.67.
