Centre Administrator (Dunoon)

We are looking to appoint a Centre Administrator in our Dunoon Centre.  We are open to filling the role on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.  The successful applicant will be self-motivated and will bring a professional approach to the role. 

You will possess good organisational and general administrative skills and must be able to work flexibly to ensure the effectiveness of a small team.  You will also be required to work regularly on some evenings when the centre is open (roughly once per week but may vary).    

The main responsibilities include various administrative duties to assist our students and the Centre Manager, exam invigilation, and health and safety checks. You should be highly organised, proficient with MS Office, including Word & Excel, and confident with technology. You must also have good attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. 

The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly and provide extra cover where required.

They will also be subject to an application to join Disclosure Scotland Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
