What is special about this course?
This course is very practical and provides an introduction to a range of useful home improvement and maintenance skills and techniques.
Applicants should have a keen interest in DIY.
Candidates will learn various techniques which may include:
Painting and Decorating
Carpentry and Joinery
All Personal Protective Equipment will be supplied by the college.
How will I study my course?
Practical delivery takes place in the workshops in Dunoon, Campbeltown and Rothesay, and at the college's Construction, Engineering and Renewables Centre in Lochgilphead.
How long will my course last?
Variable, but generally 10 or 20 hours.
